Daniel Xavier, also known as Xavo, is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the gaming and technology sectors. As the Chief Executive Officer of Pipa Studios since December 2012, Daniel has successfully led the company's flagship social bingo mobile game, generating revenue of 12 million USD in 2023 with an EBITDA margin exceeding 35%. Previously, Daniel co-founded and served as the Chief Operating Officer at Entain, where guidance was provided during the Sportingbet merger. Daniel's earlier experience includes over nine years as the General Manager of betboo.com, where operations were effectively managed, and the establishment of a 24/7 customer care structure. Daniel began a career at AOL as an IT Consultant, focusing on major Brazilian projects, including the implementation of significant CRM systems.
