Sthefanie Amarins is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong focus on recruitment and selection. Currently serving as a Senior HR Analyst at Pipa Studios since October 2022, Sthefanie oversees the recruitment and selection department, managing end-to-end processes and developing talent attraction strategies across various platforms. Prior experience includes a Senior HR Analyst role at Sempre IT and a Generalist HR Analyst position at Better Now, where Sthefanie honed skills in candidate qualification, process management, and internal communications.
