Laís Soares (PcD)

Laís Soares (PcD) has a diverse work experience in various roles. Laís started their career as an Estagiária Operadora Sala de Controle at Furnas-Centrais Eletricas in 2010. Laís then worked as a Técnica Suporte Técnico em Telecomunicações at Master Cabo before joining Avançar as a Gerente Operacional Provedor de Internet.

Laís has also worked at Vante Provedor De Internet as a Coordenação Suporte Técnico - Analista de Redes, where they were responsible for monitoring the network, coordinating internal support, and handling customer service. Laís also held additional roles in HR and Projects and Bids.

In 2019, Laís joined Everest Software as an Analista de Suporte Técnico, where they provided customer support, implemented Enterprise Management Systems, and conducted client training. Laís then worked at TOTVS as Suporte de Sistema.

Most recently, Laís worked at Wavy Global as an Onboarding Analyst and Customer Service Analyst. Laís then moved to Sinch, where they served as a Customer Service Analyst and Onboarding Analyst. Currently, Laís is working at Pipefy as a Customer Success PL | Billing, starting in September 2021.

Laís Soares (PcD) pursued higher education starting in 2016 and completed it in 2021 at Universidade do Estado de Minas Gerais, where they obtained a degree in Engenharia de Produção (Production Engineering). Prior to that, they attended Escola Técnica em Eletrotécnica de Furnas from 2008 to 2009, obtaining a Técnico (Technician) degree in Eletrotécnica (Electrotechnics).

In addition to their formal education, Laís Soares also acquired several certifications. In 2023, they obtained the "MASP - Metodologia de Análise e Soluções de Problemas.pdf" certification from Grupo Voitto. In 2021, they completed the "Atendimento ao Cliente: Como Escrever E-mails" course offered by LinkedIn, and the "Introdutório de UX Design" course provided by Awari. In 2021, they also completed the "Design Thinking" course at FIAP and the "Curso Power BI Completo - Do Básico ao Avançado" on Udemy. Prior to that, in 2020, they obtained certifications in "Liderança na Prática" from Fundação Estudar, "Human Hacks" from Slash Education, "Scrum Foundations" from Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate (SFPC), and "Descomplicando o Método Ágil Scrum" from UFSCar - Universidade Federal de São Carlos. In 2020, they also completed a course on "Planejamento, Gestão de Projetos, MS Project, Liderança, Negociação, GTD e Coaching" on Udemy. In 2019, Laís Soares received a certification in "Curso Certificação em Gerenciamento de Projetos" from Udemy Brasil and completed a course on "Curso de Implementação de APPCC / HACCP" offered by Qualisegconsult. Recently, in 2021, they obtained the "Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados" certification from CertiProf, and in 2020, they acquired the "Kanban Foundation (KIKF)" certification from Kanban Institute.
