Rafaela Marques

Rafaela Marques has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Rafaela started their career as an intern at Robert Bosch GmbH, where they assisted with policy implementation and managed computer systems for employees. Rafaela then moved on to Logic Information Systems, where they gained experience as an Oracle Retail Consultant, working with various clients in Brazil and Mexico. Rafaela specialized in managing sales, purchases, and inventory using internal systems. Rafaela also worked as an English student at Infinity English College and as a Customer Service Representative at Boojum, where they provided professional and efficient customer service, ensured inventory accuracy, and served clients such as Tesco, Spar, Centra, M&S, and Dunnes Stores. Currently, Rafaela is working as a Tech Support Analyst at Pipefy.

Rafaela Marques attended Faculdade de Tecnologia Opet from 2014 to 2017, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Analysis and Systems Development.
