Furthermore, Vikas has worked at CHOLAMANDALAM INVESTMENT AND FINANCE COMPANY LIMITED, where they served as the National Receivables Manager and Head of Collections Strategy. Vikas also has experience at Cholamandalam DBS Finance Ltd., where they held the position of National Collections Manager and led a large organization of over 3500 collections staff.
Earlier in their career, Vikas worked at GE Money in various roles, including National Recoveries Manager, Regional Collections Manager, Project Member - Cash Card, and Collection Manager - Punjab. Vikas was responsible for managing recoveries for SBI Credit Cards portfolio, as well as collections, legal remedials, and cash card collections.
Prior to joining the financial sector, Vikas gained experience at Haldia Petrochemicals Limited as an Officer in the Finance and Accounts department.

Vikas Arora completed a short-term course on Rethinking Sales Force Effectiveness at the Indian School of Business in 2022. Their undergraduate education was at Panjab University, where they received a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from 1993 to 1996.

It provides both wholesale and retail funding opportunities within real estate and non-real estate sectors. Within real estate, the platform is capable of providing financing solutions across the entire capital stack ranging from early stage private equity, structured debt, senior secured debt, construction finance, flexi lease rental discounting and housing finance. The company is registered with National Housing Bank (NHB) as the housing finance company since 28th August 2017. It offers home loans as well as loans against property and construction finance for small developers. Apart from real estate, the wholesale business also includes a separate vertical, called the Corporate Finance Group, which aims to provide customized funding solutions to companies across sectors such as infrastructure, renewable energy, roads, industrials and auto components.
