Pramod Gite

Pramod Gite is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades, primarily with Piramal Enterprises Limited since February 2005, where current responsibilities include serving as Vice President for Corporate HR in the Consumer Business. Pramod has played a pivotal role in organizational leadership, strategic business partnerships, and the development of HR practices across various divisions, including Pharma and Consumer Products. Previous roles within Piramal include General Manager-HR for the Pharma Business, Chief Manager HR across multiple divisions, and HR Manager at a manufacturing site. Prior experiences also include HR positions at Larsen & Toubro Limited, SUPREME PETROCHEM LTD, and Cipla Ltd., showcasing a diverse background in managing HR processes and systems. Pramod holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources, along with a certification from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
