Danuta Trestka

Danuta Trestka currently serves as the Global People Director at PIRATE.COM since July 2023. Prior to this role, Trestka was the Head of HR at Argyll from January 2021 to June 2023. A wealth of experience in human resources was gained through roles at the National Theatre as a Senior HR Business Partner and HR Business Partner from October 2014 to January 2021, and at Sadler's Wells as an HR Officer and Recruitment Officer from May 2012 to September 2014. Earlier career stages include a focus on recruitment and compliance at Allied Healthcare, as well as customer-facing roles at Park Inn by Radisson. Trestka holds a Level 7 Advanced Diploma in HR Management from CIPD, a National Accreditation in Workplace Mediation, a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Honours in Business Management – Human Resources Management from the University of Westminster, and a Diploma in English from UCL.
