Kate Harmon

Kate Harmon is a seasoned professional in the live entertainment industry with extensive experience in customer experience and venue management. Currently serving as the Customer Experience Team Lead at PIRATE.COM since March 2022, Kate plays a pivotal role in enhancing the customer experience at a leading provider of rehearsal and recording facilities. Prior to this role, Kate was the Assistant Box Office Manager at The Groundlings Theatre & School, where a passion for live entertainment was cultivated. Previous positions include Venue Manager at Goldstar Events, Inc., where Kate collaborated with over 100 event organizers, and Creative Director and Lead Vocalist for the psychedelic circus and doom metal band Old Blood. Kate also has experience in ticket management as the Assistant Box Office Manager at Pasadena Playhouse. Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts and Dance from California State University, Los Angeles.
