Fabio Galimberti began their work experience in 2000 as a Guardiamarina in the Italian Navy. In 2001, they joined Pirelli as an Engineer for product/process development and worked their way up to various managerial roles such as Product Design Manager, Product Development Manager, and Head of R&D Italy.
