Joined the IFIL Group (Agnelli family) in 1986, where he start working in the M&A sector; then he moved to the FIAT Group as part of the planning and control team for the Subholding Prime S.p.A. which operates in funds and asset management.

Joined Camfin Group in 1991, as Head of Finance & Control until he became General Manager in 1998 and Chief Executive Officer in 2008.

In 2002 is appointed (in the context of his shareholding in the Camfin Group) as CEO of Cam Petroli company, a joint venture with the ENI Group, he kept the office until 2007, when he sold his shareholding.

From 2013 until 2018 he became Chairman of Prelios S.p.A.

From 2018 until 2021 he became Chairman and CEO of Prometeon Tyre Group S.r.l.

In 2008 he became General Manager and CEO of Pirelli Ambiente, Pirelli’s subholding company operating in the renewable energy sector and related activities. Within the Pirelli Group he held several positions as Head of the Corporate Development area (Pirelli & C. EcoTechnology, PZero). He held the position of Corporate Vice President until 31 December 2018. Member of the Board of Directors of Pirelli & C. S.p.A. until 2020 and again from June 2021 with the appointment of Deputy-CEO and from November 2021 also as Manager responsible for the preparation of the corporate financial documents.

He is also director in some companies of Camfin S.p.A. group.
