Lorenzo Ferrari is an experienced Production Manager with a strong background in managing large teams and improving operational efficiency in manufacturing environments. Currently at Pirelli since May 2019, Lorenzo oversees the Building, Curing, and Finishing departments, directly managing numerous staff across multiple shifts while maintaining relationships with the Labor Union and reporting on critical KPIs. Prior to Pirelli, Lorenzo held various managerial and engineering roles at Prysmian Group, including responsibilities for Special Cables Production and continuous improvement projects. Lorenzo's experience also includes design engineering for gas distribution plants at Praxair and research at the Technical University of Denmark. Lorenzo holds a Master’s degree in Energy and Nuclear Engineering from Politecnico di Torino and completed executive education at SDA Bocconi.
