Paulette Mercedes Girod currently serves as the Director of Family Engagement at Pitcairn, providing coaching, consultation, and educational sessions aimed at enhancing family dynamics and communication. In addition, Paulette holds the position of Financial Stability Coach at the Women's Resource Center in the Greater Philadelphia Area. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President of Financial Services at Johnson, Kendall & Johnson and various roles at Vanguard, including Client Relationship Manager and International Relationship Manager. Paulette obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Villanova University and holds three Bachelor's degrees in Spanish, French, and International Studies from Penn State University.
