Alex Hu

Alex C.Y. Hu has extensive experience in customer success and business development, with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Director of Customer Success Strategy at PitchBook Data since June 2013, Alex has held various roles including Senior Manager, Manager, and Team Lead within the Customer Success department. Prior to PitchBook Data, Alex gained experience as an Assistant Manager Intern at Ross Stores, Inc. and as a Teller at Wells Fargo. Alex also held an internship as Sales Manager Intern at AllTreatment.com. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Economics from the University of Washington and additional studies in Economics at Thammasat University.
