Kelly Lyles

Kelly Lyles has a diverse background in data operations and research, currently serving as the Senior Data Operations Lead at PitchBook since February 2021, where strategies for data collection and quality management are implemented. Prior experience includes roles at Amazon, focusing on data collection for the Amazon Halo program, and at the University of Arizona, where as Director of Recruiting, participant recruitment methods were enhanced, significantly increasing qualified candidate participation. Lyles holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Arizona, obtained in 2019.
