Jon Milsom has experience in co-founding and working as a CTO at Pitchero, a leading online sports destination in the UK. Jon played a key role in the success of the platform, which had 4.2 million unique visitors per month and over 100,000 installs of the iPhone app. Pitchero was used by rugby, football, cricket, and rugby league clubs, as well as regional football leagues. Jon was involved in various areas such as business analysis, technical project specification, budget management, and procurement. Jon also had experience in platforms and integration with technologies like Rackspace, AWS, Google Analytics, and Stripe.

Before Pitchero, Jon co-founded alt|studio during their 'A' levels and university, offering web development and hosting services to individuals and small businesses. Jon eventually sold the company and its client list to a competitor to focus on their university finals.

Jon Milsom's education history includes earning a BSc Hons degree in Physics from the University of Nottingham. Jon attended the university from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, Jon attended Greenhead College from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained A Levels in Mathematics, Physics, and Music.

In addition to their formal education, Jon Milsom also holds a certification as an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, which they obtained from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in December 2020.

Pitchero has over 250,000 members and is used by 46% of UK rugby clubs and over 2,000 UK football (soccer) clubs. Pitchero is growing fast in hockey, netball and cricket and will soon expand to other team sports.Pitchero's goal is to unite the world of semi professional and amatuer sports online, within one custom sports network based around club, league and county websites creating the ultimate destination for sports participants.
