Currently serving as the Director of Development at Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre since June 2025, Nicolas has held significant positions in various organizations, including Director of Development at Oregon Ballet Theatre, Interim Director of Development at Everson Museum of Art, and Interim Vice President of Development at the African American Museum in Philadelphia.
