Kara Radeke

Kara Radeke is an experienced professional in sports business operations, currently serving as the Executive Director of Business Operations for the Pittsburgh Penguins since January 2015. In addition to this role, Kara holds the position of Assistant GM at the UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex. Prior to joining the Penguins, Kara was the Senior Director of Soccer and Field Sport Programs and Finance Director at the National Sports Center from January 2007 to January 2015. Kara also served as the Tournament Director for Schwan's USA CUP between October 2011 and January 2015 and worked as an Executive Team Lead at Target from August 2006 to July 2007. Kara Radeke earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Mathematics from the University of Minnesota Duluth from 1997 to 2001.
