Matt Roman is an experienced creative professional with a strong background in design, currently serving as the Associate Creative Director at Pivot Design since September 2020. Prior positions include Senior Designer at BatesMeron Sweet Design, where Matt developed complete identity systems, and freelance designer for Blue Daring, focusing on branding for socially-conscious organizations. Matt has also worked as an Art Director at Latcha+Associates, managing design projects for Audi, and served as Digital Designer at Shinola, overseeing the brand's web and social media presence. Additionally, Matt has experience as an adjunct faculty member at the College for Creative Studies, teaching integrated print and digital campaign execution. Matt holds a BFA in Advertising and Graphic Design from the College for Creative Studies, completed in 2014.
