Tess Beltran has a strong background in design and creative direction. Tess has worked as a Creative Director at Pivot Design since 2022, where they manage projects, strategizes, and oversees teams. Prior to this, they served as an Associate Creative Director and Senior Designer at the same company, handling a wide range of creative deliverables for various clients. Before joining Pivot Design, Tess worked as a Senior Designer at Prairie State Packaging, where they managed all creative initiatives for a packaging company. Tess also has experience as a Designer at Tess Beltran Design and BOX Partners. Earlier in their career, they gained design experience as a Print Design Intern at Carthage College and as a Senior Designer at The Current Newspaper. Additionally, Tess has worked in a creative role at Daddio's Diner, where they improved their interpersonal skills while also designing menus and advertisements.
Tess Beltran obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Communication, and Public Relations from Carthage College, where they studied from 2008 to 2012.
