Kristina L. Menton is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Pivotal, where she is responsible for leading cross-functional operations across various departments. Prior to this role, she worked as a Mechanical Engineer specializing in electric propulsion at Pivotal, designing and testing electric propulsion systems. She also has experience as a Mechanical Engineer in Combustion at GE Power and Pratt & Whitney Canada. In addition, she has a background as a Lifeguard and Aquatic Instructor at various organizations. Kristina holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto and is currently on leave from pursuing a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
