Jessica DeVries is an experienced professional with a strong background in program development and research operations. Currently serving as the Director of Program Development and Director of Research Operations at Pivotal Research Inc. since April 2012, Jessica has also held positions as a Senior Research Analyst and Research Analyst within the same organization. In addition, Jessica is a Volunteer Advisor at Duologue Systems, contributing to the development of a conversational AI tool aimed at aiding women in re-integrating into their communities post-incarceration, a project informed by thesis research on women's definitions of success after federal incarceration.
