Ron Monceaux has over 30 years of work experience, beginning in 1989 as a Field Service Engineer for Eaton Semiconductor. In 2000, they became an Application Engineer for Celerity, Inc., where they provided technical presentations and product demonstrations at customer facilities and local trade shows. In 2006, they were promoted to Sr Manufacturing Operations Manager and North American Service Center Manager for Celerity, Inc., where they managed day to day operations including 15 employees. In 2009, they became a Sr Manufacturing Operations Process Improvement Manager for Brooks Instrument Products, LLC. In 2011, they took on the role of Production Lead and Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician for Ultra Clean Technology. In 2012, they joined VMware as an Inside Sales SMB Account Executive and ETS-Lindgren as a Field Calibration Technician, where they integrated and tested RF chambers at major cellular device manufacturers and performed active cellular device testing and training. Finally, in 2016, they became the Director of Global Field Service Operations and Applications Engineer for Pivotal Systems.

Ron Monceaux has attended Lamar University for Computer Science and Austin Community College, where they earned an ASET degree.
