Jacob Arzaga, ECRE, currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Pivotal Ventures since August 2022. Previous experience includes positions at Niantic, Inc. as an Associate Technical Sourcer, and at The Spur Group where Jacob held multiple roles including Talent Acquisition Partner and Associate Consultant. Notably, at Niantic, Jacob developed sourcing strategies and managed pipelines for engineering roles, while at The Spur Group, Jacob supported business operations and early talent recruiting.
