Alexander Wycisk

Alexander Wycisk has four years of professional experience. Alexander is currently employed as a Business Development Manager at Piwik PRO and as a High Touch Operations Manager at Cisco. Prior to this, they worked at Cognizant from 2016 to 2021, where they held the roles of Team Leader, Subject Matter Expert, Web Implementation Specialist, and Senior Process Executive. Alexander also worked at HCL Technologies from 2016 to 2021 as an IT Analyst, where their responsibilities included providing hardware/software/network problem diagnosis/resolution via telephone, routing problems to internal I.M. support staff, coordinating and managing relationships with vendors and support staff, administering and providing user access and exit controls, and using the Call Tracking System to document and manage problems and work requests.
