Fabio Tresoldi, Ph.D.

Fabio Tresoldi, Ph.D., is a Senior R&D Engineer at Pix4D since January 2020, having previously held the position of R&D Engineer. Fabio's early career includes a Ph.D. candidacy at the University of Sussex from October 2015 to September 2019, where involvement with the ATLAS Collaboration focused on B physics searches at the LHC, alongside data analysis and management. Additionally, Fabio served as a Teaching Assistant for topics such as oscillations, waves, and optics. Prior experience includes a role as a Postgraduate Researcher at CERN from July 2016 to January 2018, supporting the ATLAS experiment as a control room shifter, along with attending numerous meetings and giving presentations. Fabio holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Experimental Particle Physics from the University of Sussex, a Master’s Degree in particle physics, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics from Università degli Studi di Milano, as well as a high school diploma from Liceo Scientifico Giordano Bruno.
