Aimei Kutt

Aimei Kutt is a Lead Technical Director at Pixar Animation Studios, contributing to various films since May 2013. Aimei has held multiple roles, including tailoring and simulation lead on unannounced projects, and significant contributions to films such as "Inside Out 2," "Lightyear," and "Soul," where expertise in character cloth artistry and concept development was demonstrated. In addition, Aimei serves as the Director, Production Designer, and CG Generalist for the short film "Defective" in Pixar's Co-op program. Previous experience includes teaching assistant roles at Brown University, animation internships at the Space Telescope Science Institute and Pixar, and research at The Johns Hopkins Materials Research Science and Engineering Center. Aimei holds an A.B. in Computer Science and Physics from Brown University.
