Nate Skeen

Nate Skeen is a Senior FX Technical Director at Pixar Animation Studios since January 2021, contributing to projects such as "Elio," "Inside Out 2," and "Elemental." Prior experience includes serving as an FX Technical Director on "Lightyear" and "Turning Red." Nate began the career at Moving Picture Company from August 2017 to November 2020, taking on roles as an FX Artist and CG Artist, with notable work on various commercials and promotional materials. Earlier experience includes freelance work as a VFX/3D Artist and internships at Dirty Robber and Ember Lab. Nate holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Cinematography and Visual Effects from Chapman University, earned between 2010 and 2014.
