Alexey Kovalev is a seasoned UI artist with extensive experience in the gaming industry. Currently serving as a Senior UI Artist at Pixonic since May 2022, Alexey previously held the same title at Wargaming from September 2020 to May 2022. Prior roles include Lead UI Artist at Whalekit Ltd and MY.GAMES, as well as UI Artist positions at Glu Mobile and Biart Studio LLC. Alexey's career began as a 2D Artist at Join Game LLC, specializing in character concepts and UI design. Alexey holds an engineering degree from ТТИ ЮФУ, obtained between 2005 and 2010.

Founded in 2009 as a small startup, the studio now has more than 200 team members, while its mobile hit War Robots has over 250 mln registered players. Today Pixonic continues researching the market, working on new hit titles and striving to deliver more engaging experiences to the players.
