Tricia Olson

Tricia Olson has over 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry, primarily in managerial positions. Currently serving as Manager at Pizza Luce since September 2018, Tricia has previously held the role of Assistant General Manager at CEC Entertainment and General Manager at both Broadway Pizza Restaurant and MUY Pizza. Tricia's extensive background includes responsibilities in day-to-day operations, inventory and cash management, staff hiring and training, local marketing, and oversight of kitchen operations, with a solid history in general management from Border Foods Inc and Pizza Hut. Tricia is also an alumnus of Normandale Community College, having attended from 2009 to 2011.
