Lawrence Harvey

Lawrence Harvey is an experienced executive currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at PizzaExpress since April 2023. Prior to this role, Lawrence held the position of Company Operations Director at Dobbies Garden Centres from March 2022 to February 2023 and was Managing Director at Barclays, overseeing the East Region and Footprint Transformation from March 2020 to February 2022. Lawrence co-founded and managed JACK'S while also taking on various leadership roles at Tesco, including Retail Director and Store Director, from August 2012 to February 2020. Earlier experience includes serving as Operations Director and Area Manager at Aldi UK & Ireland from November 2003 to July 2012, along with a role in Brand Management and Marketing at The Co-operative Group. Lawrence holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Loughborough University, where studies were completed from 1999 to 2003, and attended the Duke of York's Royal Military School between 1992 and 1999.
