Emily Barrett

Emily Barrett is a seasoned professional in power systems engineering and market design, currently serving as a Senior Lead Market Design Specialist at PJM Interconnection since September 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Technical Advisor at the DOE Grid Deployment Office and various engineering positions at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, where responsibilities spanned from research engineering to developing predictive optimization models.
