Adam Rollason

Adam Rollason is a Tax Partner and Head of Transactions Tax Advisory at PKF Smith Cooper, a position held since September 2020, where responsibilities focus on enhancing the firm's reputation in the M&A market and providing strategic tax advice on transactions. Prior to this, Adam served as a Transactions Tax Adviser at Grant Thornton UK LLP and as a Corporate Tax Adviser at both Higgs & Sons and RSM UK, building substantial expertise in complex tax issues and M&A transactions. Adam's career began at Robert J Bass & Co as a Trainee Accountant, progressing through various roles and gaining significant professional qualifications, including CPA and CTA. Adam is also recognized for reinvigorating the tax advisory offerings in Birmingham and specializes in equity reward, corporate reconstructions, and tax planning.
