Tom Silvani

Tom Silvani has extensive experience in various roles, primarily within the fields of systems integration and administrative support. Currently serving as Systems Integration Manager and previously as Data Systems Lead at Place2Be since March 2015, Tom has also held positions including CRM Project Support, Business Coordinator, and Training Administrator. Prior to this, Tom worked as a Democratic Support Officer at Lancaster City Council from November 2008 to August 2014, providing professional support to council committees and managing meeting documentation. Tom's earlier experience includes a role as a Technical Librarian for the UK Ministry of Defence in Germany, where responsibilities included administrative management of the technical library. Tom holds an MA in Conflict, Development and Security and a BA in Politics, Philosophy and History, both from Lancaster University.
