Currently serving as Outbound Calling Lead, Change & Adoption Lead, Learning Business Partner, and previously holding positions such as Branch Manager and Operations Manager, Nadia has developed a strong expertise in project management, team leadership, and customer engagement. Nadia's educational background includes a Diploma in Business from Manukau Institute of Technology and a Level 4 Certificate in Photography, complemented by foundational education at Selwyn College.
