Ben Neff

Ben Neff is an experienced design engineer with a robust background in engineering management and CAD/CAM operations. Currently at Placon Corporation since May 2018, Ben has focused on design engineering. Prior to this role, from February 1989 to May 2018, Ben served as Engineering Manager at EPW, managing design engineers and CAM programmers, overseeing custom mold designs, conducting feasibility studies, and supporting the Epicor ERP system. Earlier roles included Senior CAD/CAM Operator and CAD/CAM Programmer at EPW, where Ben specialized in generating G-code programs and developing complex surfaces for CNC machining. Ben's career began as a Design Draftsman at Chore Time Brock International, Inc., from 1986 to 1989, where product development and engineering change order processing were key responsibilities. Ben holds an Associate's degree in Mechanical Drafting and Mechanical Drafting CAD/CADD from Vincennes University, earned between 1984 and 1986.
