Andy Lewis

Andy Lewis is an experienced professional in the food industry, currently serving as a Research and Development Specialist at pladis Global since May 2022, focusing on business continuity projects and product reformulation in response to the Ukraine crisis. Prior to this role, Andy was a Technical Consultant at pladis Global, providing expertise in global specifications and training materials, and served as Biscuit Technology Manager for nearly three decades, leading process development teams across multiple UK factories. Andy's career also includes time as a homemaker and a degree in Catering and Nutrition from The University of Huddersfield. Andy is now retired as of January 2024.
