Diana Villate, AAP, currently serves as the ACH Payment Operations Lead at Plaid since March 2023. Previously, Diana held the position of Payments Program Manager at Nearside from May 2022 to September 2022. Diana spent a decade at Cross River Bank, progressing from ACH Department Manager to VP of ACH Operations between January 2012 and May 2022. Earlier experience includes roles as Operations Administrator at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation in 2011-2012 and Wire Transfer Clerk at Interaudi Bank from 2009 to 2011. Diana holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from New Jersey City University.
