Jipeng Han is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in product and data platforms, risk management, and fraud detection. Currently serving as Engineering Lead for Product and Data Platform at Plaid since 2021, Jipeng manages a team of over 50 engineers. Prior to this role, Jipeng held multiple positions at Airbnb from 2017 to 2021, including Engineering Lead for Growth & Risk and Head of Engineering for Payments Risk and Modeling, focusing on delivering secure payment experiences. With earlier experience at Google as a Senior Software Engineer and various other engineering roles at Amazon, Cisco Systems, and Nokia Siemens Networks, Jipeng has a robust foundation in software development and risk management. Jipeng holds a Master’s degree in Information Networking from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from Tsinghua University.
