Chris is responsible for THE US and Canadian operations, engineering, and health, safety and environmental organizations. He has more than 20 years of energy industry experience, joining Plains in 2018. Previously, Chris served in a number of leadership roles at Phillips 66, most recently as General Manager, Corporate Strategy, and prior to that as General Manager, Midstream Commercial and Business Development, as well as numerous leadership roles in refining.
