Kathy Phillips is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service coordination and hospitality management. Currently serving as a Certified Customer Service Coordinator at Planes Companies since June 1999, Kathy has developed significant expertise in client relations. Prior to this role, Kathy worked at Miami University in Housing, Dining and Guest Services from 1991 until June 1999, and held the position of Graphics Coordinator at Westinghouse Electric Company from 1976 to 1991. Kathy holds an Associate's degree in Art/Art Studies from The Art Institutes, completed between 1980 and 1982, and attended Norwin from 1973 to 1975.
