Maria Ghironi currently serves as a Senior Manager of Product at Planet, focusing on the Land Surface Temperature Planetary Variable since August 2023. Previously, at Satellite Vu from January 2022 to August 2023, Maria held the position of Head of Product, where responsibilities included scaling the product team and setting the product vision for imagery and data insights. As the first Product Manager at Satellite Vu, Maria also established the product function and strategy. Additional experience includes roles at Terrabotics, Bosch, Wayfair, and prior positions at Planet, encompassing product management, user experience design, and project delivery. Maria holds a BSc in Geotechnology from Università di Siena, further supported by foundational education from Liceo Scientifico B. Varchi Montevarchi.
