Sam Bowman is a skilled Thermal Engineer with extensive experience in the aerospace industry. Currently employed at Planet since November 2018 and at SSL (Space Systems Loral) since September 2015, Sam specializes in thermal analysis of both GEO and LEO satellites. Previously, from August 2013 to August 2015, Sam served as an Associate Engineer at Orbital ATK, contributing to spacecraft mission design and systems engineering for various projects, including small NASA science missions and the Cygnus ISS Resupply Program. Sam holds a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, earned between 2009 and 2013.
