Moussa Gherbi serves as Vice President of Customer Success for Strategic & Enterprise Accounts at Planisware, a position held since September 2013, where responsibilities include developing a scalable Customer Success program, implementing standardized business reviews, and enhancing customer retention strategies, achieving a Net Revenue Retention rate above 110% and maintaining a churn rate under 3%. Prior roles at Planisware include Senior Director, where Moussa launched a Managed Services joint venture, fostering significant revenue growth and operational excellence. Early career experience includes a Business & Technology Consultant position at PwC France, focusing on operational excellence and digital transformation for various industries. Moussa holds a Master of Science in Information Technology and has completed a leadership program at Harvard Business School Online. Currently, Moussa is a board member of the French American Chamber of Commerce of San Francisco and a member of the Customer Success Collective.
