Justine Welch

Justine Welch is an experienced development professional with a diverse background in nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Development Operations at Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast since July 2023, Justine has previously held various roles, including Development Associate at Avenue CDC and Director of Development at the Artists Association of Nantucket. Justine's experience also includes positions at the Houston Grand Opera as Development Operations Manager and at The Menil Collection as Development Services Associate. Earlier career roles encompassed Manager of Government Grants and Development Associate at KIPP Houston, as well as Accounting Specialist at the Houston Center for Contemporary Craft. Justine holds a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Houston-Downtown and has further education from the University of North Texas.
