Planner 5D team is seeking an experienced Online Reputation Manager to enhance and maintain our brand's positive image across mobile app and web platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring online reviews, managing social media interactions, and implementing strategies to improve our online presence.

Responsibilities:

• Strategize to improve ratings on Google Play, App Store, and Trustpilot
• Develop a roadmap for experiments & launch A/B tests on rating prompts
• Define and monitor product success metrics
• Create reporting and business communication plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teamsAnalyze competitors using tools like Sensor Tower, AppFollow, etc.
• Evaluate user reviews and track sentiment changes

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience working with mobile applications or SaaS services
• Understanding of key stages in the development process and project management
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
