Rowan Deacon has extensive experience in the rental and hospitality sectors, currently serving as the South West Operations Controller at Plantforce Rentals since October 2021. Prior to this role, Rowan worked at Thrifty Car and Van Rental as a Customer Service Representative from August 2015 to October 2021, and previously held the position of Lead CSR at the same company from November 2002 to August 2011. Additionally, Rowan gained valuable experience as a Night Receptionist at Premier Inn from June 2012 to August 2015, demonstrating a strong background in customer service and operations management.
