Samih Smadia has extensive experience in the plastics industry, currently serving as General Maintenance Manager at Plasgad since January 2022. Prior to this role, Samih was Technical Manager at Arkal Automotive/Raval acs ltd for over a decade, overseeing all technical operations and collaborating with production planning and quality assurance. Earlier roles include Technical Manager at Polymer Logistics, where Samih revitalized the Kidron factory, and Injection Manager positions at STARPLAST and ZAG, managing teams and production processes. Samih also served as Technical Manager during a factory relocation at Tefenplast and held management roles at Z.D.F Plastic solutions and Ompertes Plastic Industries. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Humanities and Political Science from The Open University of Israel and a Practical Engineer degree in Plastics from Shenkar.
