Rick McGonigal

Rick McGonigal is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in the manufacturing and customer operations sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Operations at Plasma-Therm since June 2022, Rick previously held the position of Director Of Manufacturing Operations and Senior Manager of Customer Operations and Surgical Services at Exactech from January 2011 to May 2022. Rick holds an MBA from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business, a Lean Manufacturing Certification from the University of Kentucky, and a BBA in Accounting and Supply Chain from Kent State University.
