Kent Thompson

Kent Thompson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in compliance, operations, and training within both corporate and military environments. Currently serving as the Chief Compliance Officer and VP of Warehousing and Packaging at Plastic Express since July 2016, Kent oversees the management and growth of warehousing and packaging operations. Previous roles include the Assistant Vice President of Gulf Coast Operations, Joint Training System Specialist at Camber Corporation, and Director of Operations for the Pacific at Kratos Defense and Security Solutions. Kent holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the United States Naval Academy and a Master of Science in Quality/System Management from The National Graduate School of Quality Management. Kent's extensive military experience includes significant roles within the US Navy, where achievements include leading the implementation of the Maritime Operations Center concept and managing training and operational plans for combat deployments.
