Mark Gilbert

Mark Gilbert is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and project management across various sectors. Currently serving as Controller at Plastic Express since September 2023, Mark previously held the position of Technical Program/Project Manager at SOLUTE from February 2020 to September 2023 and Senior Project Manager at Praxis Life Sciences from June 2018 to February 2020. Mark's foundational experience includes significant roles at the USN, such as Strike Group Training Program Manager, Chief Staff Officer, and Officer in Charge, from July 2008 to April 2018, as well as Branch Chief at USSOCOM from April 2005 to June 2008. Mark holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy, a Master's Degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College, and a certificate in Space Systems from the Naval Postgraduate School.
